Michaelmas Fair, Bishops Castle, 20th 21st September.

20 Engines expected, 8 Miniatures, Working Area.

Good selection of tractors inc single cylinder display.

Processions through town, 12.30 Sat/ 4.00 Sun

All take place in the town with music and entertainment for all the family,

We will be driving our waggon from Craven Arms in the morning, weather looks good, looking forward to the day.

Looking forward to seeing the wagon Andrew been a long time coming!. Weather forecast looks good should be a cracking weekend!!.

Anyone been today as I am hopefully going tomorow, was going today, but had to do something a little more boring, ie tax return! :-(

Cracking Picture 8/10 was good to see it out at long last it was 8 years since we collected it from John Nudds. Is a credit to Andrew and Norman what is possible in a small shed and under a sheet on the lawn at home.
Good to catch up with everyone including Lily Savages new side kick "Daisy" and his personal film crew.
Wonderful weather and a good crowd fast becoming the best event in Shropshire.

Thanks to Alistair, Claire and family for their superb and endless hospitality.

A superb do, sad that it is over.

Fantastic weekend, again thanks to Alistair Claire and family along with Barry and all who helped.

Also thanks to Ruston 52607 for the use of the Tractor.

It had to be the best do of the year for me.

We also send our thanks - we had a fantastic time. Great atmosphere. (I believe Roddy may well have a twin !!!) . From the swain clan.

It was my first time, and enjoyed every minute, thanks to Alistair and family, it just finish the 2008 season off perfectly for me. I an now looking forward to 2009.

Looks like a good do, shame we couldn't come.

I can't see Spider in the pictures. Was there a problem?

Spider is fine, away for a few jobs.

I did not have much time over the weekend for an engine and my mature apprentice was busy with Lily!.

Cant say to much you will have to wait and see;).

I had heard a wisper that you had sent it away for a third speed and belly tanks !

Mr Spider always has had a fettish for 3 speeds and a lot of Brass after driving Lascelles.

You should have seen his grin when he stormed past in 3rd on Earl Haig!

Just to say many thanks to Alistair, family and team for the hard work and hospitality over the weekend. We really enjoyed it and it was a super event for us. We had a good run up and back home, the waggon's running well with no problems.
